SECURITY
The payment process is completely secure and you should have no concerns with safety. All credit card information is transmitted over a secure connection and processed by a leading service provider. We do not sell or share any of the information you provide.
PAYMENT
We accept major credit cards American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover as payment. We also accept Paypal as a payment method. All forms of payment are subject to approval before shipping, and as a result may cause a slight delay. This is most often the case with international orders and sometimes Paypal. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
SHIPPING
When you check out, you will be given the option to select from a number of shipping methods available. Currently Spraygraphic.com uses USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class International, UPS Ground, and Fed-Ex Express Saver. Transit time is determined by the shipping service you choose and the approximate transit times does vary. Please note that all orders with PO/APO/FPO addresses can only be shipped via US Postal Service. International customers should note that transit time does not include customs clearance time into your applicable country and you may be responsible for additional customs taxes or tariffs as applicable to your country, at the time of delivery. Items that are returned to us as by the shipping provider as non-deliverable or returned after the standard number of delivery attempts, will be treated as a return. Shipping will be charged again upon the request of an order reshipment. We make all efforts to ship orders ASAP. From time to time items are out of stock or on back-order, and the shipment is temporarily delayed. Please have confidence that we will process your order as soon as we can.
RETURNS
Please contact us via e-mail ASAP to let us know you have a return. Please include a short note explaining the circumstances around your return and include your name, address, order number, e-mail address, and phone number.
Depending on the reasons why you want to return an item, the following rules apply.
Wrong Size Garment
If you are unhappy with the fit of a garment, please return it to us within 30 days of receipt and we will exchange it for the same, but different sized item. If a refund is desired we are able refund the garmet cost and any collected taxes, but not the shipping charges. The garmet must be in new/same as shipped condition, and certain terms and conditions apply. You will be responsible for any shipping charges. Since we do not keep credit cards on file, the best way to get the item back to you is if you include the proper postage (or a Federal Express account number) that we will use only to ship the item back to you. To avoid purchasing the wrong size, please note we have a size chart for both men and women.
Wrong Item/Defective Item
If we ship you the wrong item please return it to us within 30 days of receipt and we will ship you the correct item. If we ship you a defective item we will replace the defective item with a first quality item. Please contact us ASAP and we will work with you to replace the garmet free of shipping charges. Please note If you send an item back to us for exchange or refund please include (with the returned product) a short letter explaining the circumstances around your return and include your name, address, order number, e-mail address, and phone number.
