Ruined my life

noIf this bike were a horse, I’d have had to shoot it
I wanted to race off-road more than anything but had no money. I bought this pile of crap with no cash leftover for parts. That was moot, they more or less stopped making parts for this bike. I had to build my own. I started learning everything I could about mechanics, fabrication, engineering, machining, geometry, welding, metallurgy exc. Every time I discovered something new or gained a skill, there was ten more things I wanted to know. That was sophomore year in high school. Presently, I haven’t been able to curb this desire. Hence, all the other projects.
