In memoriam

A student project done in 2005, also being a very personal project in memory of my late grandfather who had a sheep farm in Upington, South Africa. This illustration was awarded as the best illustration on exhibition at the Vaal University of Technology Student Exhibition in Vanderbijlpark in October 2005.

Maxi portrait

Part of a student project in 2005, this illustration was done as a magazine cover. A photo shoot next to the river served as source of the reference material.

Easter illustration

This illustration was done in 2008 for a promotional Easter poster for a shopping mall. It was, however, rejected in favour of a photographic image.
