Born in Wezep (Holland) in 1968, I went to the national school of painting with graphic design as his main subject. After finishing this study successfully I continued studying The Academy of Art (Constantijn Huygens - Kampen), but my rebellious attitude didn't let me bow for the academic artistic rules. So I decided to gain experience and knowledge in a more practical way. I started working in one of the best known exterior advertisement agencies in the east of Holland. After 6 years I left the agency and at the same time Holland. Took my 24 years old Beetle and started the Canary Islands "adventure". Started working in the international advertisement agency BSB, first as a junior and later as an senior art director. In this company I completed my fan of knowledge concerning publicity. Left this agency and the canary islands for a one and half year stay in the united kingdom... it's 2002. The United Kingdom inspired me artistically and personally in such a way that I decided to dedicate a big part of my life to the Arts: painting, audiovisual projects, ceramics and photography among others. Now I am living in Gran Canaria and working as a self-employed artist : 50% in commercial advertisement work and 50% in artistic projects. I considers myself more a visual communicator than a graphic designer which doesn't describe the complete fan of activities. I founded with author, composer, etc, etc Enrique Mateu the artistic platform "Expressesion" , a platform for audiovisual projects. We also founded the commercial project "ARTinRED" (web design) where they combine Art and technology. - Participated in a collective painting exhibition (Casa Regional de Murcia) - Published with Enrique Mateu the audio visual project "ver-percibir-interactuar" en the avant garde magazine "Al-Harafish" - Published the digital painting "Nunca es siempre asi" on the cover of the CD RALS "La creación musical en Canarias 34". - Life performance (video-art) in the openings ceremony of the International Society for Music Education World Conference 2004 in Tenerife. - Presentation of the video proyect "In Memoriam" at the International Society for Music Education World Conference 2004 in Tenerife. a project with composers/musicians: Enrique Mateu, Benito Cabrera, Daniel Roca and Enrique guimerá. - Live concert in the digital planetarium at the Elder Museum with #(928), an audiovisual experimental music group in wich he creates the videoart. - Live multidisciplinary concert at the Expo 2008 in Zaragoza with #(928) - Live audiovisual concert (#928) at Berghain, Berlin, Valencia(Spain), Málaga(Spain), Tenerife (Spain) - art direction and life visuals in an artistic/institutional event broadcasted by television and radio, Canary Islands(Spain).
