About
My name is James Staley but most people know me as "Kyote". I spent several years hitchhiking around the U.S.. In the process of looking for myself I found my country and devloped a passion for the issues that directly effect the people. These include Politics, Religion and working class conditions. On a mountain top in Colorado I meet the most wonderful and beautiful woman in the world and we settled for a while in Austin Texas. This is when I decided to start expressing the issues through painting. After getting married at a Rainbow Gathering in Pennsylvania we have moved to Birmingham Alabama and then on to Albany New York. Though some of my images may be viewed as disturbing my only hope is to have someone stop and think for two minutes about what is going on around them. Real change can only come when as a people and comunity we realize our shortcomings and work together to lift ALL people above the fray. Thank you for taking the time to visit and I look forward to any comments.
