I was born and raised in and around Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, in the U.S.A. I am influenced by a wide range of artists including Miro, Ed Templeton, Chuck Palahniuk, Picasso, Ryden, Robert Pollard, Kandinsky, Shepard Fairey, Margaret Kilgallen (pretty much everyone from that very inspired scene), Tim Cohen, etc. I started drawing when I was four and have been at it off and on since then. When I started painting, I was a terrible surrealist. I had an acid trip epiphany and moved into my own brand of cubism. After showing a few pieces in a couple of shows I kind of freaked out and kept to myself for a number of years. Now, I am ready to get out in the world again, reborn with a more relaxed attitude and a new abstractionist/expressionist style. So, yeah. That's what's up with me.
